When Herman Rabinowitz's identity was stolen, the thieves were so thorough they practically took the corpus Hermanus along with it. Using the opportunity of falling off the grid to reinvent himself, Herman bought a Harley and became Paco. Along with a group of similarly off-the-grid bikers, he formed the Bedouins, with Paco as their "leader of the pack."
There is, however, only so much leading the Bedouins one can do without becoming seriously convinced there must be a lot more to life, and Paco decides it might be time for him to reconnect with the Rabinowitz he used to be.
The problem is, every aspect of his old persona is now somewhere else. Finding and stealing his identity back will require navigating a worldwide web full of fake Hermans, gobbling them up, Pac-Man-like, until only the original identity thief remains.
After that comes the tricky part.
