Zusammenfassung

The creator, redeemer God, in His complete Word, has declared the future of His Kingdom and rule, established by His will and power. God governs history, sustaining all things by His providence and power. The triune, sovereign Lord is the one in whom the Christian trusts. Bereft of such security, the non-believer must posit an entirely different worldview: Utopianism. This gospel-denying religious philosophy begins with the anarchistic rejection of God and proceeds to a re-making of man as god incarnate through the Parliament of Man, a world-state. This Nebuchadnezzar-sized idol lays claim to all the attributes of the God it has sought to supplant. In the face of this, the Christian must not yield, for the world of the future shall be God's world, and man in that world shall be what God intends him to be.
