Timothy Knapman is both writer and playwright and was cast adrift on a boat made of books when he was very small, but made his way to Surrey where he now lives. He is the author of Mungo and the Picture Book Pirates and Mungo and the Dinosaur Island as well as the smash hit Dinosaurs in the Supermarket.
Kenneth Grahame (1859-1932) was a Scottish writer, most famous for one of the all-time classics of children's literature, The Wind in the Willows, as well as for The Reluctant Dragon.
E.H.Shepard was born in London in 1879. He was an artist, illustrator and cartoonist and went on to draw the original decorations to accompany Milne's classic stories, earning him the name 'the man who drew Pooh'. |
