Sonia Samtani is the founder of All About You, a leading mental wellness centre in Hong Kong offering counselling and therapy, training, transformational workshops, and personalised products to support you in your own healing process and life journey.
Sonia is a coach, practitioner and hypnotherapy instructor, and has led workshops and courses since 2005. Her practitioner-training courses have seen hundreds of graduates pass through her centre, inspiring them to transform their lives and support others with their healing and evolution. She has also developed her own signature workshops, healing modalities and techniques, which have been adopted by her graduates and wellness colleagues globally.
Sonia has successfully addressed a multitude of issues for clients and students, including resolving phobias, overcoming anxiety, healing depression, shifting limiting beliefs, releasing trauma, finding one's life purpose, releasing physical pain, and overcoming loss.
