Anton Piatigorsky is the author of The Iron Bridge, a collection of short stories about 20th Century dictators as teenagers. His plays include Eternal Hydra, Breath in Between, and the libretto for the Juno award-winning opera Airline Icarus. Born and raised in the Washington D.C. area, he lives in Toronto. Al-Tounsi is his first novel.
