Argues that far from being a faddish and superficial phenomenon, transdisciplinarity is potentially the foundation for a much needed approach to inquiry. This book argues that transdisciplinarity goes beyond the dualism of opposing binary pairs: subject/object, subjectivity/objectivity, and matter/consciousness.
